Order Processing

    • Orders are processed within 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

    • Delivery Estimates

      • 7-10 business days

Refund policy: All sales are final once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not except returns or exchanges for any items at any cost.

      • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Yellow Petals is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

       

      Lost or Damaged Packages
        • If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at Instagram(@yellow_petals) via DM/yellowpetals.in@gmail.com with your order number and details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

      • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Yellow Petals is not responsible for any customs charges or delays caused by customs. Contact us for international delivery before placing an order.
